VEN LEE G. VILVAR M.ASEP, M.PICE, MPM, CIPM
President & Managing Director

A Filipino citizen, founder of the company, Mr Ven Lee has over twenty five (25) years of extensive engineering work experience in construction and project management. Graduating in 1993 from Central Philippine University (CPU) Iloilo City he received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering.​

After obtaining his license as a civil engineer, he pursued his engineering specialization in structural engineering and construction management. The framework of the company lies in its engineering foundation in the fields of construction and development.

Mr. Ven Lee is the President and Managing Director of the company responsible for the general operations and management of the company's projects undertaken

​.​He is a regular and active member of the Association of the Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP) and Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers.(PICE),Makati City Chapter.
He is also a Master Project Manager (MPM) from The American Academy of Project Management (AAPM). 

​ENGR. JENNIFER E. JULOYA, M.PICE
Associate Project Manager
Head - Engineering & Management Group

Ms. Jen has more than 7 years of hands on impressive experience in the field of project management, construction management, design management, structural investigation, retrofitting and design, transportation management and construction.  

She is currently the associate project manager of VBDC's management group as well as the overall- in- charge of the entire engineering group.

​She leads VBDC's construction team and other major services including structural engineering and civil engineering department. She is responsible for managing, leading and monitoring the entire operation. 

She oversees proper implementation of the 3 stages of construction; from pre-construction, construction, and to project completion, in all project sites undertaken.

She works directly with VBDC's president managing and
guiding corporate initiatives and operations.

Ms. Jen is a regular member of Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE).
